Frequently asked questions

1. Are masks required?

Wolfbane is following the Covid guidelines set forward by the State of Virginia. Starting May 28, 2021, fully vaccinated guests will be able to enjoy the show mask-free, however, we request masks be worn in the lobby and gathering areas.

2. How do I use my gift card to purchase tickets?

To use a gift card for your ticket reservation, please call the Wolfbane Box Office at 434-579-3542.

3. The website is saying I can't buy the correct amount of tickets for my preferred show night!

The server monitors our ticket inventory in real-time, which means it will only sell the amount of seats still available in each section.

For example, if you need three general admission tickets, but it will only let you purchase 2, that means there are only 2 general admission tickets available.

4. Can I transfer my tickets to a different show night?

The Wolfbane Box Office will always try to accommodate transfers, however, they are subject to availability and not guaranteed. Ticket transfers MUST BE MADE 72 HOURS IN ADVANCE.

5. My friend and I purchased tickets seperately. Can we sit together?Wolfbane seating is first-come first serve, so come early to guarantee a spot together.

6. What is the difference between Premium and General Admission?

Premium is closer to the action and "the best seats in the house." They typically have better sight lines and have full backed chairs. While there isn't a "bad seat in the house," General Admission (which includes Student/Senior/Military) are further back in the mezzanine with folding chairs.

7. Do you have handicap seating?

Absolutely; please call the Wolfbane Box Office 434-579-3542 so we can figure out how best to serve you.

8. How early should I get to the theatre?

Since we do not have assigned seats, we recommend getting to the theatre at least 30 minutes prior to curtain so you have more of a seating selection. Late guests will be held in the lobby until it is safe to enter.
